sunday morning is synonymous with good breakfasts. either in the form of the hangover cure (eggs and everything fry up), the traditional pancakes or the slightly more sophisticated crepes.
this sunday we opted for crepes. which is really just a pancake recipe sans the baking powder and with more milk.
you will need:
a cup of flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
butter or oil (we used a couple tablespoons of olive oil. it worked fine)
1. mix flour and eggs together.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. it’s true.
